What documents do I need to rent a flat in Torrevieja?

ID card or passport, proof of income (payslip, pension or tax return) and, if you come from abroad, your NIE or the pending application. The contract is signed with the legal deposit of one month’s rent for a main residence, plus any additional guarantee agreed by the parties.

What is the difference between a long-term and a holiday rental?

A long-term rental is a main-residence contract, usually one year and renewable, with the deposit lodged with the regional body. A holiday rental is a short stay with a tourist licence. This page only shows long-term rentals.

Do you manage rentals for owners?
